Colleen is well known in the health care of Arizona. She has served as Executive Director of a highly successful 300 bed campus of care located in Scottsdale, AZ. She had served as president of many healthcare management companies before forming Senior Living Options in 2001.
With her leadership, Senior Living Options has grown to own and operate six healthcare buildings as well as a home health care service co., and continues to grow. Ms. Sweet has received numerous awards (both State- wide and Nationally) recognizing her excellence and dedication in delivering quality management services.
Ross was instrumental in forming Senior Living Options Management Co.
He brings solid financial experience and skills as well as supervisory skills from former positions with financial companies. Ross is very instrumental in overseeing the operations and regulations of each department within the various healthcare facilities to assure high standards for the residents and staff.
Joey has contributed many years to the health care arena as a builder, developer, owner and licensed nursing home administrator. She serves on the Senior Living Option’s Team as Director of Special Projects and V. P. of Public relations.
Susan Lieberman-Aitken BSN RN
Susan holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from Arizona State University. Her clinical specialty is in Oncology and Home Health Care. Susan joined Senior Living Options in 2004 primarily responsible for facilitating clinical information between physicians, facilities and rehabilitation centers, assuring coordination of patient in home care. She also works closely with the community, educating patients and other health care professionals on Medicare home health care guidelines and financial coverage.
Alison joined the Senior Living Options team as Controller/Business Office Manager at Maryland Gardens Care Center in 2002. Since 2004, she has served as Controller of Management operations. Alison has over 30 years experience in the long term care industry specifically as Finance/Staff Accountant of multiple multi-level nursing care facilities.
David joined the Senior Living Options Team as the Environmental Director in Sept. 2004. His vast years of experience included 20 years military career specializing in facility maintenance. Additionally David was the Environmental Director for 10 years at a Long Term Skilled Nursing Home. Mr. Brant earned an Associate Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Technology. He has successfully completed numerous courses in Life Safety, Fire Codes, Emergency Management, and OSHA compliance.
Goldie joined the Senior Living Options’ Team as their Executive Assistant, in October of 2009. Her vast experience in management, public relations, and customer service, gives her a unique ability to help and serve our ever-growing clientele.
Dr. Gary Martin, Ph.D., Clinical Director
Dr. Martin is a clinical psychologist with a specialty in geriatrics and long term care. He has practiced in the greater Phoenix area since 1984, and is nationally recognized as an expert in the field. Dr. Martin has served as the Clinical Director for all ALO specialty behavior programs since their inception after 22 years experience doing similar Clinical Directorship work in other local and regional long-term facilities. In 2010, Dr. Martin, along with Dr. Marwan Sabbagh, edited the award-winning book, Palliative Care for Advanced Alzheimer’s and Dementia, for which he authored several of the book’s chapters.
Prima has program and operational oversight of all Senior Living Options specialty programs as well as assisting in the development of new and innovative programs for the company. She provides assistance to the health care community with regards to placement of individuals with behaviors, as well as provides education and information to various providers in the community.
Heidi joined Senior Living Options in 1995. Heidi has served as Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing 1995-2003. She obtained her Nursing Home Administrator’s License in 2003 and has served as Executive Director of two Senior Living Options facilities 2003-2005. Heidi has kept her Administrator’s license and Nursing license and skills current. She is active in the planning and development of new projects, constructions and growth of Senior Living Options.
Krysten Sweet, Arizona Healthcare Association/SLO Liason
Krysten is a Law student at ASU. She divides her time, energy, and expertise as Administrative Assistant between Senior Living Options and the Arizona Health Care Association.
